Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing retail mobile app projects.
Strong technical knowledge of iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native), APIs, cloud, and mobile security.
Proven track record in retail mobile solutions (e-commerce apps, loyalty/rewards, digital payments, in-store apps, customer engagement).
Hands-on experience with integration of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, payment systems).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
