A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Project Office Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating the tasks related to the handling project office. You will be leading the completion of administrative work packages attributed to you in line with company procedures.
You will be reporting to the department Head and providing support to the project management team on the organization of their daily business activities.

The project office location is in UAE, where a full-fledged Turnkey project organisation is established.
Flexibility and availability as well as collaboration and team building skills are required.

As the Project Office Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating the tasks related to the handling project office. You will be leading the completion of administrative work packages attributed to you in line with company procedures.
You will be reporting to the department Head and providing support to the project management team on the organization of their daily business activities.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assisting the Head of Department in administrative and organizational tasks
- Arrange and organize meetings along with required requisites
- Monitor correspondences and prepare suggestions for forthcoming responses
- Manage mailing lists and initiate invitations as well as appropriate answers
- Coordinate travel and trip arrangements
- Prepare reimbursement for expenses claim
- Support project team with required purchase orders
- Supervise and maintain registry for office equipment and infrastructure
- Responsible for office spending such as petty cash and similar
- Entering data or performing word processing work in support of local office or function-specific business processes
- Coordinating the logistics for office events, moves and submittals
- Providing back-up support for reception/switchboard or the mailroom
- Rich experience of around 10 years in office support and management assistance.
- Technical or commercial education background required.
- Mastering & understanding project office environment.
- Fluent in English
