We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to contribute to our growing success in Dubai by driving sales, building relationships, and delivering exceptional project solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Sales Management
    • Oversee sales activities for sanitaryware and tiles, ensuring revenue targets are met.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Client Acquisition & Account Management
    • Establish and nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
    • Provide personalized service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Presentation
    • Conduct engaging presentations to highlight product features and benefits tailored to project requirements.
    • Offer expert advice to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation
    • Prepare customized quotations and proposals aligned with client needs and budgets.
    • Negotiate contracts effectively to close deals and maximize revenue potential.
  • Customer Follow-Up & Support
    • Conduct timely follow-ups on pending quotations and inquiries.
    • Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in sanitaryware, tiles, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sanitaryware and tiles market, including technical product knowledge.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
