This role is crucial for empowering the executive team to focus on strategic growth initiatives and client relationships by providing high-level support. The Project Support Assistant will play a key role in streamlining internal processes and enhancing communication across the organization, supporting the agency's fast-paced, results-driven environment. Additionally, they will leverage AI and data analysis tools to drive insights and improve decision-making capabilities in performance marketing campaigns, ultimately contributing to the agency's efficiency and success in delivering exceptional results for clients.

The Impact you’ll make

Data Management

• Manage and organize campaign data in Notion
• Extract key performance information from client meetings for CRM updates
• Utilize AI tools to analyze marketing data and generate end-of-week performance reports
  
  

Administrative Support

• Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for the executive team
• Organize files and maintain efficient document management systems for marketing assets
• Communicate with team members and external partners on campaign progress
  
  

Project Assistance

• Conduct research to support ongoing marketing projects and growth initiatives
• Assist with revenue operations and funnel optimization tasks
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns
  
  

Client Relations

• Support client communications with a youthful and energetic approach
• Prepare materials for client meetings and campaign presentations
• Follow up on client requests and ensure timely responses to performance inquiries
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Native English speaker or learned English from a very young age
• Proficiency in Notion and project management software
• Strong data analysis and research skills, with a focus on marketing metrics
• Experience with AI tools for text analysis and reporting in a marketing context
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
