Role Purpose
This is a secretarial position of an administrative nature, involving responsibility for general departmental administration management.
Key Accountabilities
- Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
- Will prepare complex and detailed reporting on various matters.
- Collects information from external and internal sources with regards to registration, flow, closure, dispatch and filing of project generated documentation.
- Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff.
- Answers telephone communications and record messages.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set
- Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
- Strict adherence of legal requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5+ year’s relevant working experience.
- This position is typically assigned to a site location and employee must be able to work within construction site environment.
- Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented
- Should have the ability to operate individually and under supervision
- Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.
- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office products
Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands
