We are expanding our Dubai team and seeking Real Estate Agents for our secondary property market division. Join a reputable organization with strong market presence and a collaborative work environment.

## Main Purpose

The Secondary Real Estate Agent will drive property sales in Dubai's secondary market by engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service while meeting sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in the secondary market.

Sales Excellence: Represent clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring all transactions align with their requirements.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about Dubai market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

Transaction Management: Facilitate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions with comprehensive support.

Lead Management: Handle high-quality leads through Local Portals to maximize sales opportunities and performance.

## Qualifications

**Knowledge and Skills:**

Real Estate Expertise: Knowledge of the Dubai property market and its dynamics.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets.

Client-Centric Approach: Strong communication and negotiation skills to serve diverse client needs.

CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM to manage leads and transactions.

Market Awareness: Understanding of real estate trends, buyer behavior, and property categories.

**Experience and Requirements:**

* 1 year of real estate sales experience preferred

* Track record of successful property transactions in Dubai is advantageous

* Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory

* Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
