The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and leading real estate developers to drive sales.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the home-buying process, offering expert advice to help them find their perfect property.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest market trends, developments, and property launches.
- Use your market intelligence to provide clients with accurate, insightful, and timely information.
- Leverage your network and actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to grow your customer base.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market with solid market knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- A driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is essential.
- A passion for staying updated on market trends, new developments, and prime property offerings.
- The initiative to seek out referrals and expand your network proactively.
- A collaborative spirit to leverage team expertise and resources to achieve outstanding results.
