Public Area Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Perform regular cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all public area surfaces.
• Cleans outdoor areas, restrooms, hallways, and lobby spaces to maintain a spotless appearance at all times.
• Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and promptly report inventory shortages to management.

• Address any public area maintenance needs promptly to ensure Client safety and satisfaction.
• Report any repair issues or safety hazards discovered during regular duties to the maintenance team.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and aesthetics are in line with the YOSH Hospitality standards.
• Implement feedback from guests and management to continuously improve the quality of the public areas.
• Assist with special projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a janitorial or housekeeping role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and best practices.
• High level of attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Capability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle various cleaning equipment.
