Directly Reporting to Regional HR Manager.

  • Government & Immigration Affairs
  • Manage and process all UAE employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID, medical tests, labor cards, and work permits.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and amendments for employees and dependents.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Courts, Police, Immigration, and other government authorities.
  • Ensure timely renewal of visas, trade licenses, establishment cards, and labor files.
  • Company Licensing & Compliance.
  • Coordinate company trade license renewals, amendments, and approvals.
  • Manage establishment cards, immigration files, labor quotas, and company registrations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and local regulations.
  • Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and legal documents.
  • Assist employees with visa-related queries and official documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding formalities related to government requirements.
  • Handle family visa processing and dependent sponsorship where applicable.
  • Support HR in audits, inspections, and government compliance checks.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government officials and typing centers.
  • Track application statuses and follow up proactively to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Represent the company professionally during government visits and inspections.
  • Documentation & Record Management

Required Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE immigration, labor laws, and government procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zone portals, and Tasheel/AMER systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience And Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience as a P.R.O.
  • Experience handling large employee volumes and multiple visa categories.
  • Experience working with mainland and/or Free Zone entities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a P.R.O in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
