The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

As our Public Relations Officer (PRO), you’ll be at the center of Huspy’s government relations, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws while enabling a seamless employee experience. You’ll act as the company’s primary link with authorities, driving efficient, timely, and accurate execution of all government-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Government Liaison: Represent Huspy at ministries, government bodies, and other authorities to complete all required procedures.
• Visa & Immigration: Manage the full visa lifecycle, including new quotas, applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations. Oversee Emirates IDs, labor cards, medicals, and contracts.
• Licensing & Compliance: Handle trade license renewals, establishment card updates, chamber of commerce activities, and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Emiratisation: Track Emiratisation requirements, monitor quotas, and proactively ensure compliance with government-mandated targets.
• Government Inspections: Represent Huspy during inspections, audits, and site visits, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
• Documentation & Records: Prepare, submit, and track all forms, approvals, and maintain organized filing systems.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot portal issues, system blocks, or delays to avoid disruptions to business operations.
• Employee Support: Partner with HR to communicate processes clearly to employees and guide them through requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the PRO team to strengthen internal capabilities and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, and Operations to align on requirements and deadlines.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track expirations, escalate renewals, and keep leadership updated.
  
  

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with deep knowledge of government processes.
• Experience managing PRO operations across multiple entities.
• Track record in setting up new entities: company formation, licensing, and registration.
• Skilled in handling trade license name changes, activity amendments, and restructurings.
• Prior experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong network and established relationships with UAE authorities.
• Expert knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, quotas, Emiratisation, Emirates IDs, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
