Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a Purchase Officer with experience in the cosmetics industry to manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining stock levels to support smooth production operations. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials and packaging materials required for production.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, and stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure material requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the cosmetics industry.
• Understanding of raw materials and packaging materials used in cosmetics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and organized approach to procurement tasks.
