Our Client is a leading real estate and construction group based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are looking for a Purchase Officer to join their team:
Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on material trends and price fluctuations.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and local supplier markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and experience working with Abu Dhabi-based suppliers is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required;
