Job Brief:

The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for executing operational purchasing tasks related to Indirect Materials, ensuring supplier alignment with company standards, and supporting procurement operations in collaboration with internal departments. This role involves negotiation, supplier lifecycle management, and adherence to internal purchasing systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand purchasing needs and define specifications for indirect materials.
• Negotiate and establish supplier agreements using structured purchasing processes and secure optimal commercial terms.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, approvals, and audits in line with category needs and quality requirements.
• Place and monitor purchase orders in Matrix, ensuring alignment with contracts and compliance with invoicing guidelines.
• Implement category management strategies for select indirect materials and regularly report KPIs to the Purchasing Manager.
• Provide support to the Raw Material Purchasing Executive in areas such as ordering, transportation, and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience (preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is required.
• Driving License is preferred
