Purchasing Officer - Deep Performance Auto Spare Parts Trading

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Male Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers to find the best deals and reliable partners
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other purchasing documentation
• Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions
• Identify opportunities to optimize the purchasing process and reduce costs
• Handle any purchasing-related inquiries
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED60,000.00 per year
