Job Description
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, in line with the Project Quality Plan.

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, in line with the Project Quality Plan.
Responsibilities
- Implement and follow the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures
- Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Control procedures
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing construction activities
- Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions
- Review material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and test results
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality-related matters
- Maintain proper quality documentation, reports, and records
- Support snagging, handover, and close-out activities
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer
- Experience on UAE-based projects (Aldar or similar developers preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Candidate should be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
