- Experience in Digital Banking Testing, including mobile and web platforms
- Proficient in testing Newgen applications (workflow, BPM, and document management)
- Ability to perform functional, integration, and UAT testing
- Familiarity with banking processes and digital customer journeys
- Strong analytical and communication skills
