- Conduct audits and inspections of the company’s products and services
- Identify and resolve QA/QC issues
- Train employees on QA/QC procedures
- Represent the company to customers and suppliers on QA/QC matters

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a quality management software is a plus
