With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at (Dubai).
As QA/QC Inspector you will be reporting to QAQC Manager you will be responsible for responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
Perform daily site inspections to ensure quality compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Monitor and document construction activities, raising and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.
Attend regular quality meetings with the client, main contractor, and project team.
Prepare and submit inspection reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).Conduct internal audits and participate in third-party inspections when required.
Collaborate with the design and supervision teams to resolve any quality issues.
Maintain proper documentation and quality records in accordance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Must have prior experience working with consulting engineering firms on high-rise/residential building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
