Job Description
Conduct regular and unannounced audits at the store level to assess compliance with food safety, hygiene and hospitality standards.
Implement quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, services and final products using measurable control procedures.
Develop and update quality control protocols in collaboration with the operations and supply chain teams.
Ensure all branches comply with UAE regulatory requirements and brand ethos.
Identify gaps in hygiene practices and recommend corrective actions with defined timelines.
Lead initiatives for third-party food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Train staff on SOPs, food handling, cleanliness, and safety protocols through structured and evaluated sessions.
Provide coaching during store visits, followed by action plans and tracking of improvement.
Maintain audit reports with scoring systems and follow-up mechanisms, report findings weekly and monthly to senior management.
