Quality Deputy Project Manager

To manage quality aspects across project/s in accordance to INNOVO BUILD QMS and international standards for QMS requirements.

• Plan, organize project quality assurance document in order to comply with project specification and INNOVO‘s QMS.
• Liaise with project entities (client, consultant, INNOVO site departments) to ensure smooth operation process.
• Manage project/s quality team to ensure successful close out of the project/s.
• Assist in developing QC department's standards and procedures.
• Prepare and produce PQP, MS, ITP, review and submit subcontractor’s PQP, MS, ITP.
• Ensure prep-meeting is conducted for all operation and QA/QC team for approved PQP, MS, ITP.
• Train all QC/operation new staff to develop their knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate project activities, subcontractor’s work against approved quality documents.
• Manage site quality problems with the project‘s operation, technical, QC team.
• Manage the closing process of all NCRs, SORs issued from the client/Engineer /Internal auditor.
• Liaise with the Client/Consultant and take all appropriate actions to ensure achieving high quality standard and client appreciation.
• Carry out internal audit for QMS implementation for all INNOVO‘s project to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
• Prepare and submit quality monthly report to the quality area manager.
• Plan, produce, regencies master logs for the project /s close out to get TOC.
• Manage the project handing over process according to project documents and INNOVO standard procedure to completion.

• Review daily, weekly QC report to ensure work progress and project QA/QC team performance.

• Committed to provide adequate resources for the establishment of HSE management System.
• Ensure HSE policy is developed and implemented as required
• Ensure legal compliance with respect to UAE federal law and other applicable legislation

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related engineering field; master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years experience in construction, managing quality assurance/quality control functions is required.
• Must have experience developing and implementing QA/QC procedures.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in quality control, testing
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work well and communicate with internal and external individuals at all levels.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
