Job Summary
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical insulation materials and processing activities meet defined quality standards and customer specifications for transformer applications. The role focuses on inspection, testing, documentation, and continuous quality improvement across operations.
Salary : AED 2000 - 2250
Experience : 0 - 3 years
Location : Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished insulation products
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Handle non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and operations teams on quality issues
- Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support customer inspections and technical quality clarifications
- Ensure adherence to safety, ISO, and quality management system procedures
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering
- Experience in a Quality Engineer role
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality documentation
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Experience in transformer, insulation, paper, wood, or electrical components industry is preferred
