Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform mechanical and electrical inspections on satellite components and subsystems. You'll ensure hardware meets specifications from incoming inspection through assembly and test.

About this Role:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of flight hardware
• Support integration and test teams (AIT) during build phases
• Document non-conformances and inspection results
• Verify supplier certifications and traceability
• Contribute to process improvement and inspection aids development
• Participate in ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) reviews and sign-offs
  
  
  

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of inspection experience (preferably in aerospace or medical devices)
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and GD&T
• Familiarity with AS9100 and IPC-A-610/620 standards
• Strong documentation and ESD-safe handling skills

• Experience inspecting flight hardware or satellite components
• Use of ERP/PLM/MES for inspection traceability
