Quality Inspector

Supervise and inspect all site work according to the project quality plan (PQP), approved shop drawings (SD), materials submittals (MT), and method statements (MS).

• Supervising all site activities carried out by INNOVO or subcontractors.
• Supervising all site inspection work before offering inspection requests to consultant.
• Closely monitoring site activities to ensure quality of work compliance with approved SD, MT & MS.
• Ensure that any activity offered for inspection has approved shop drawings, method statement and inspection and test plan.
• Checking concrete pours to ensure tests are carried out as per project specification and quality tests.
• Assist QA/QC Engineer to close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring the Corrective Action Request actions are taken as per approved quality plan, project specification and standards to close of NCRs.
• Ensure all documents related to site quality control are not obsolete.
• Check and inspect delivered materials to site are as per approved material submittal and ensures the material storage is done as per manufacture requirement.
• Prepare and submit daily report.

• Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set
• Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
• Strict adherence of legal requirements

• Diploma in civil engineering.
• 3+ years experience in construction.
• Good and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to work well and communicate with internal and external individuals at required levels.
• Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in all outside weather and site conditions within a manual/workshop environment.

• Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, walk on rebar mesh, climb ramps and other unstable footings.
