Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and rate build-ups for landscape works.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost variance reports.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage variations and claims in coordination with the project team.
- Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations for landscape materials and services.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and re-measurements for softscape and hardscape elements.
- Prepare and process payment applications (advance, interim, final) in line with contract terms.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment applications.
- Liaise with site engineers and landscape architects to ensure accurate scope execution.
- Track progress and ensure alignment with budget and schedule.
- Support the commercial team in final account preparation and close-out.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum8- 10 years of experience, should have experience in landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials, construction techniques, and market rates.
