AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor with CostX experience. To lead our successful pre-contract and measurement team across the location, we are now seeking to add an MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established professional team, committed to technical integrity, innovation and development of its people.

Pre-contract

• Cost Planning and estimating
• Infrastructure, utilities, buried services, MEP services for real estate projects;
• Bills of Quantities production (POMI, NRM2, CESSM);
• Tender services including compilation, tender analysis, negotiations and recommendations;
  
  

Experiences And Qualifications

• Essential: infrastructure/utilities
• Other experience preferred: hospitality, residential, buildings, etc
• Good knowledge of CESMM standard method of measurement;
• Qualification from a recognised university;
• Minimum of 5 years experience;
• Minimum of 2 years UAE/ international experience;
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 2 years;
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required;
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
