The role focuses on contracts and commercial management across sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include cost review, contract administration, use of QS software (Cost X or similar), preparing technical reports, and coordinating with consultants, clients, and project teams.
Your role
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university.
- Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
