GCC & Export is a key region with high growth expectations, part of META business geography & organization. The position will work closely with Brand Marketing Manager, playing a key role in developing and implementing Ray-Ban brand strategy and marketing activities for the region. The position will be business focus and interact with many internal and external stakeholders, from business/sales team to key clients and marketing suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for budgetary compliance and for achieving profit and volume objectives for assigned brand / product;
  • Drive business acceleration in established market + Market development in Priority/Opportunity;
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, objectives and plans for the region by following corporate guidelines and adapting the global strategy to local needs and culture;
  • Defines GCC Brand Business Portfolio Strategy and sets overall brand targets;
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of EssilorLuxottica brands and their positioning within the competitive landscape to be able to support brand and channel strategy;
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performances, collecting market feedback, analysing trends and competitors’ strategies to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement;
  • Manage relationships with clients, negotiating brand visibilities and trade investments;
  • Prepare the trade marketing and marketing budget in an alignment with company targets;
  • Partner closely with other members of marketing team aligning on the development and implementation of marketing activities (trade, training, P.R., ISS, etc…);
  • Discover possible new solutions and/or procedures to improve management of the marketing activities;
  • Give support and strategic guidance from a brand perspective to the commercial team by giving and taking frequent feedback;
  • In line with Corporate guidelines, decides/suggests local Media strategy and brand plans;
  • Participate in success of local buying & marketing events by defining assortments, brand and customer experience
Requirements to Apply:
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Marketing Department
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager
  • Able to influence stakeholders, someone who can manage uncertainty, open to challenges and changes
  • A Strategic marketing manager who can work individually and in team
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Full level of competence / mandatory
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Strong skills of interpersonal relationship
  • Strong project management skills
Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing or Business
Languages: English, Arabic would be advantage but not necessary
