Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Dubai based.
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Valid real estate license.
- Interesting job in a large, steadily growing company.
- Official UAE employment status.
