As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing property transactions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their real estate needs.
- Property Listings: Actively source and list new properties for sale and rent, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions and presentations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and demand in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Sales & Negotiation: Facilitate property sales and rental transactions, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior agents, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Networking: Attend industry events, network with potential clients and partners, and promote the company's services to expand business opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- License: Valid UAE real estate license.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
