To achieve outstanding results, our Consultants provide the highest level of service to our sellers and buyers, supported by industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies. You will be working alongside fellow experts who are passionate about their areas, inspire success, and drive innovation across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and preferences.

- Coordinate property viewings

- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations and contract signings.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with colleagues, including senior agents and brokers, to leverage their expertise and support.

- Utilize technology and marketing tools to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.

What you will need:

- Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market with a strong track record of successful sales.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

- Willingness to obtain required licenses or certifications as mandated by state regulations.
