- 60% commission on self-generated leads.
- 40% commission on company-provided leads.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of local property market is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and own car preferred.
- No earning limits – the more you close, the more you earn.
