About the Role: We're seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for real estate and a drive for success to join our team. While prior experience of 1 to 2 years as a real estate agent is preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in multiple languages such as Hindi, Chinese, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Chinese, German, & French, etc., is a plus. Responsibilities:

  • Go the extra mile in finding clients suitable properties while maintaining high standards.
  • Exceed sales targets/KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the property market and new launches.
  • Foster professional relationships with prospective clients and landlords.
  • Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and follow up regularly with clients/leads.
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for the quality and legality of transactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong advisor-client relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Advantageous:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, Chinese, German, French, English, Russian, Ukrainian, or other languages.
  • Possession of a current UAE driving license and access to own car.
