Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field preferred.
- Valid real estate license as required by the state of employment.
- Proven experience as a real estate consultant or similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and national trends in real estate.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
