Job Description
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Real-time Monitoring of all service channels to ensure service delivery within SLA agreements .
- Managing escalations, outages, and system issues.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining attendance information and presence reporting.
- Providing support to team leaders in the use of workforce management.
- Analytical skills.
- Understand customer demand and ensure forecasting and planning are optimized.
- Good communication skills.
- Workforce Planning within Contact Centers experience, especially within the Health Care sector could be considered an advantage
- Either UAE resident or able to relocate on a short notice
- Fluency in Arabic and English
