Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural plans.Develop accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in accordance with project requirements.Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents.Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.Ensure all rebar detailing complies with project standards, codes, and safety regulations.Update drawings and schedules based on design clarifications, RFIs, and site instructions.Verify rebar requirements and quantities to avoid discrepancies during execution.Assist in preparing as-built drawings when required.Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings and revisions.
Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as a Rebar Detailer in high-rise or residential tower projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, rebar codes, and detailing practices.Proficiency in AutoCAD, RebarCAD, or similar rebar detailing software.Ability to read and understand complex structural and architectural drawings.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and schedules.Good communication and coordination skills.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
