We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents as requested.
- Address inquiries and provide information about the company, its services, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials as required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment.
