We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries, ensuring messages are directed appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate calendars as needed.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and supplies ordering.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with various departments to provide administrative and logistical support.
  • Support HR or Admin with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits or issuing access cards.
  • Help with internal event arrangements or company-wide communications as required.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Provide accurate information in response to queries from clients or visitors.
  • Maintain a calm, composed, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Handle client or guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with booking systems or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high level of service.

Salary Range and Benefits

Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism).

Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be ready to work from the designated office in the UAE.
