Key Responsibilities
- Front-Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries via phone/email.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, schedule meetings, and maintain office supplies.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with domestic/international travel arrangements for staff.
- Office Organization: Maintain filing systems, databases, and a clean reception area .
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and multiline phone systems.
- Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment .
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Calendly, Acuity Scheduling).
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) .
