The role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will welcome visitors and employees, manage phone and email communications, coordinate deliveries, and support day-to-day office needs. Your ability to multitask with a positive attitude will help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for both guests and team members.

The role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will welcome visitors and employees, manage phone and email communications, coordinate deliveries, and support day-to-day office needs. Your ability to multitask with a positive attitude will help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for both guests and team members.
What you will be doing:
- Welcome, assist and direct guests and walk-ins properly;
- Quickly respond to the phone calls or received emails and direct them to the relevant recipients if needed;
- Take responsibility for her/his specific tasks and make sure they are properly accomplished.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments;
- Excellent organization skills with strong affinity to structure, order, pragmatism and aesthetics;
- Strong team player and able to work with and through others;
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Ability to stay organized in multitasking and fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details;
- Ability to understand the business needs for a site organization and make sound recommendations for the administration part;
- Ability to deal with conflict and remain positive under pressure;
- Flexibility and ability to learn new things quickly;
- Good computer skills and intermediate knowledge of MS office will be advantage;
- Experience in аdministrative or related roles will be advantage;
