Distributing internal correspondence.
General office clean up and tidy, restocking of envelopes and stationary once a week.
Preparing office tea & coffee trolleys in the absence of kitchen staff.
Providing assistance to HR and other administration staff with required such as answering the phone and taking messages, filing, photocopying, scanning, laminating and binding reports.

- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
