- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and manage Instagram inquiries.
- Provide accurate information to clients in both Arabic and English.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assist with various office duties as needed.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., phones, computers, emails).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or aesthetic environment.
- Proficiency in social media.
