Job Brief:

The Receptionist cum Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing front office operations and providing administrative support to the Managing Director. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle office-related tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and schedules for the Managing Director.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense management, and event coordination.
  • Assist the Managing Director in daily activities, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and confidentially.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist / Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
