The Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception desk, meeting, greeting and assisting guests, visitors, employees and suppliers. The role holder is also responsible for handling the courier pick up and deliveries as well as LPO issuance and will handle stationary.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception desk, meeting, greeting and assisting guests, visitors, employees and suppliers. The role holder is also responsible for handling the courier pick up and deliveries as well as LPO issuance and will handle stationary.
Responsibilities
- Operate telephone, receiving and screening calls, as well as forwarding calls to Store Manager; providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments
- Handling meeting room bookings
- Greet individuals, determine purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations
- Communicate information or documents to customers
- Provide information about Company, such as location of offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
- File and maintain records – Mail, Courier, Visitor Log, etc.
- Assist in other general administrative tasks requested by Human Capital Department
- Prepare relevant LPO’s
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Adapt in a multicultural environment
