The Role
Key Responsibilities: • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. • Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and match them to client requirements. • Client Relationship Management: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies. • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation. • Market Mapping & Reporting: Maintain candidate databases, provide market insights, and track recruitment metrics. • Employer Branding Support: Assist clients in enhancing their employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements
A highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter with 3+ years of agency experience, skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across diverse industries. Demonstrates strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing offers, ensuring both client satisfaction and candidate engagement. Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline. Adept at conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and aligning profiles with client requirements. Experienced in handling high-volume recruitment, maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), and generating regular reports on recruitment metrics and market insights. Excels in client relationship management, understanding business needs, and providing strategic hiring recommendations. Known for strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Demonstrates a proactive approach, meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments without compromising quality. Passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding, with a proven ability to contribute to organizational growth by connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
