Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process from selection to interview and ensuring timely communication of information and diversity of recruitment channels.
  • Screen the resumes, conduct preliminary communication and interviews with the applicants, and evaluate their suitability for the job requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate the interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview time, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire interview process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred.
  • More than 2 years of recruitment experience in fintech or web 3.
  • Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit.
  • Familiar with the recruitment process and have good interview skills and talent assessment capabilities.
  • Have keen insight into the market talent situation and be able to flexibly respond to recruitment challenges.
  • This is a fully incentive based role.
