We’re now building out world-class Infrastructure and Platform Engineering teams across the globe - and we’re looking for recruiters who can make it happen. We’re looking for a Recruiter (Infrastructure) who loves solving complex hiring challenges, and knows how to identify the top Cloud, SRE, and Platform talent worldwide. You’ll own the full lifecycle for highly technical roles, partnering with senior engineering leaders to scale our Infrastructure organisation globally.

What Youll Be Doing

• Hiring world-class Infrastructure, SRE, Cloud, Platform engineers and leaders for Revolut globally
• Partnering closely with Heads of Engineering and Tech Leads to define hiring needs and design interview processes
• Owning end-to-end recruitment for critical infrastructure roles (ICs and leadership)
• Building strong, diverse pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping
• Advising stakeholders on market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intellignce
• Running efficient processes: from first message to signed offer
• Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage
• Experimenting with and implementing modern sourcing strategies to boost efficiency and quality
  
  

What Youll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter, including Infrastructure / Cloud / DevOps / SRE / Platform hiring
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure stacks (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, etc.)
• A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Technical acumen
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
• Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech
• Fluency in other languages
