Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using online platforms, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates.
- Utilize job boards, databases, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, MANATAL ATS) to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to team leaders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in online or remote recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting in industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, IT, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on agency recruiting preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Tagalog) are a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with their own UAE visa.
- Competitive part-time salary of AED 1,500 2,000 per month.
