The Role
We’re hiring a Delivery-Only Recruitment Consultant with strong agency training and a genuine obsession with quality execution. This is a role for someone who can run a search process end-to-end, manage candidates like a pro, and deliver consistent shortlists for top local and global clients. You’ll work alongside A level recruiters*, supporting leadership and specialist hiring across Engineering / Commercial / Executive mandates. What you’ll be doing (delivery) • Owning end-to-end delivery: role briefing support ? search strategy ? longlist/shortlist ? interview coordination ? offer management ? closing • Running deep-dive search: market mapping, competitor targeting, Boolean/X-ray, referrals, and proactive pipelining • Applying structured methodologies: search plans, scorecards, calibrated shortlists, evidence-based candidate assessment • Managing ultra-passive / international talent with discretion, pace, and credibility • Delivering a high-touch candidate experience: prep, expectation-setting, feedback loops, and process control • Keeping stakeholders aligned with clear updates, market insight, and strong process management What we’re looking for • Strong agency recruitment skills with a delivery-first mindset • Excellent candidate management: relationship building, influence, negotiation support, and closing discipline • Business acumen: you understand what “excellent” looks like in a hire and can assess impact, not just keywords, our clients hire the top 5% of talent in the market • Exposure to leadership hiring and/or specialist hiring in engineering, commercial, or executive recruitment • Confident with search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, mapping, targeted outreach) and structured delivery • High levels of EQ: trust-builder, calm under pressure, handles sensitive conversations well • Strong educational background preferred • Experience placing talent into high-performing local and global organisations is a big plus

Requirements
You’re a delivery-first, agency-trained recruiter who genuinely cares about doing the work properly — not just “getting CVs over.” You run a search end-to-end with structure, pace, and calm control, and you take pride in producing consistent, credible shortlists for demanding hiring managers and high-performing businesses. You’re the kind of consultant who can take a role brief (even when it’s messy), turn it into a clear search plan, map the market intelligently, and then execute with discipline: targeted outreach, sharp screening, evidence-based assessment, and tight process management through to offer and close. You manage candidates like a pro — especially ultra-passive and international talent — with discretion, trust, and a high-touch experience that reflects well on the client and the agency. What you’re like in the work: • End-to-end owner: You don’t need babysitting. You can run briefing support ? search strategy ? longlist/shortlist ? interview coordination ? offer management ? closing, while keeping quality consistent. • Search craft is your edge: You’re confident with Boolean and X-ray, competitor targeting, mapping, referrals, and proactive pipelining — and you can explain why you’re searching where you’re searching. • Structured and evidence-led: You naturally use search plans, scorecards, calibrated shortlists, and structured screening. You don’t “vibe check” candidates — you assess impact, outcomes, and role-relevant evidence. • Candidate manager with standards: You set expectations early, prep candidates properly, run clean feedback loops, and keep control of the process without creating friction. • Credible with senior stakeholders: You communicate clearly, give market insight without noise, and keep stakeholders aligned through tight updates and strong process rhythm. • Calm, discreet, emotionally intelligent: You handle sensitive conversations well (comp, motivation, counteroffers, relocation, confidentiality). You build trust quickly and keep it. What you bring (must-haves) • Strong agency recruitment training and a delivery-only mindset (you love execution, not BD). • Proven ability to deliver consistent shortlists for high-standard clients. • Strong candidate influence and closing discipline (negotiation support, managing drop-off risk, offer control). • Exposure to leadership and/or specialist hiring across Engineering, Commercial, and/or Executive mandates. • High confidence with search methodologies (mapping, targeted outreach, proactive pipeline building). • Strong business acumen — you understand what “excellent” looks like and can assess performance/impact, not just keywords. • High EQ, professional presence, and a bias for clarity and outcomes. • Strong educational background preferred; experience placing into top local/global organisations is a plus. What success looks like in this role • Hiring managers trust your judgement because your shortlists are calibrated, evidence-based, and on-brief. • Candidates feel well-managed and respected, even when the outcome isn’t a yes. • Searches move with pace and control, with minimal surprises and strong conversion through each stage. • You’re known internally as someone who raises the bar on delivery — process, craft, and quality.
