- Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conducting background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
- Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates and keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure job postings accurately reflect the required qualifications.
- Maintaining recruitment records and preparing reports on recruitment metrics.
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is usually preferable.
- Experience: at least 2 year of experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
