We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing People team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle—from screening candidates and verifying qualifications to scheduling interviews and coordinating stakeholders. This is a high-impact position requiring sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in tech, marketing, or product recruitment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for multiple roles across departments.
- Screen candidate CVs and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial qualification calls where necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and panelists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Track progress and ensure recruitment timelines are met
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize hiring processes.
- Assist with offer letters, reference checks, and onboarding logistics where required.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Team Tailor).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in tech, marketing, or product recruitment is a strong plus.
- 1-2 years in a recruitment, HR, or administrative coordination role.
- Exposure to startup or high-growth environments.
- Passion for building great candidate experiences.
